General Health Camp

Shantaben Vidhyabhavan, in association with Shri Satya Sai Seva Samiti, Valsad and Anavil Samaj, Mumbai organized a health camp on January 27, 2013.  The objective of this camp was to perform health checkups to all families in the villages. Fourteen doctors with specialization in cardiology, pediatrics, eye, nose and throat, skin and general surgery came from various surrounding cities and participated in this camp.
The camp, first of its kind, was very successful.  There were fourteen doctors, several nurses and numerous volunteers.  The turnout from 18 villages was impressive and served 331 patients consisting of 121 males and 210 females.
   Each patient was checked up and treated for multiple symptoms.  Major issues identified are listed below:
